Responsibilities & Context:
Assist clients in planning and organizing domestic and international travel arrangements
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel routes, visa requirements, and travel insurance
Book flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages based on client needs and budget
Prepare customized travel itineraries for individuals and groups
Handle visa processing support and documentation guidance
Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements
Manage reservations, cancellations, and re-bookings efficiently
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner
Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, offers, and destination information
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before, during, and after travel
Handle payments, invoices, and maintain proper records of transactions
Promote and sell travel packages and company services
