Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the guest's status of hotel such as Arrival and Departure guest list.
∎ Check the Car booking log and reservation for guest's car requirement of the day.
∎ Check cars cleanliness, guest's refreshment items as per brand standard of Marriott hotels.
∎ Check Drivers Grooming (Outfit, name-tag and others) as per hotels standard.
∎ Receive the guest who comes from the airport by using hotel car and escort them to the reception.
∎ Communicate with in house or outside guests by e-mail or over phone for travel requirement during stay the hotel.
∎ Arrange transportation requirement as per guest booking.
∎ Maintain cashiering all transport related bill in each shift by using PMS.
∎ Look after all car maintenance (Make car servicing report, observe car difficulty and report to the Manager or car maintenance mechanic).
∎ Brief driver for duty according to guests demand.
∎ Make driver schedule and arrange driver for guests travelling according to requirement.
∎ Handover the duty properly to next shift with specific follow up in duty log book.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer skills
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with GUEST
∎ Excellent ability to multitask and work under time constraints
∎ Well Groomed
