  • Proven experience as a General Manager in limited or full-service properties

1. Business Strategy

Development

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor performance

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans

3. Talent Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing Executive Committee

  • Analyze financial, operational, and customer data
