Manage and grow key accounts through strategic sales planning, relationship building, and consistent client engagement.
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer demand to develop effective sales strategies and maximize revenue.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including client prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
Design and promote innovative event concepts while maximizing revenue through upselling of food, beverage, and service offerings.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, ensuring seamless event execution, and fostering long-term loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure aligned, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and participate in sales activities such as trade shows and networking events to expand business opportunities.
