The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training and development initiatives that support organizational goals, enhance employee performance, and strengthen service excellence. The role partners with department leaders to identify learning needs, develop effective training solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning programs to address performance gaps.

2. Deliver and coordinate training on leadership, customer service, compliance, brand standards, and operational excellence.

3. Monitor training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes to ensure business impact.

4. Support employee development, talent growth, and organizational capability building.

5. Collaborate with operational leaders to improve service quality, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction.

6. Manage training records, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
