Job Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is working in the coastal area of Bangladesh since 1985. Its core activities are the socio-economic development of coastal people which is operated through seven thematic areas as Agriculture, Fishery, Dairy and Horticulture; Education, Skills and Youth Development; Conflict Resolution; Climate Change and Disaster; Health and Nutrition; Social Entrepreneurship; Microfinance and Rohingya Education, Protection and Repatriation.
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is going to implement SNSP Project under Self Reliance Project.The overall objective of the project is to strengthen food security through agriculture and support economic empowerment focusing on demand created by the camp itself.
∎ The specific objectives of the project is to improve food security of 9000 vulnerable HH participants though agriculture and aquaculture.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the coordination of training and development within the organization
∎ Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum or module for the project as per FLA.
∎ Review existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization.
∎ Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
∎ Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or developments that training could improve.
∎ Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions as per need.
∎ Supervise volunteer and Field Assistant to meet the objectives of the projects
∎ Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
∎ Prepares and implements training budget.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Planning, budgeting, and financial management skills.
∎ Team building skills.
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting.
∎ Computer (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc ) knowledge.
∎ Strong report writing skills both Bangla and English.
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
