Responsibilities & Context: 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
A Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering AI-enhanced training content that supports internal and client-facing learning needs. This role ensures that our workforce and clients are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Core roles and responsibilities include:
- Instructional Design: Develop interactive, SCORM-compliant training materials using iSpring Suite, GOMO Learning, and Moodle LMS.
- AI-Enhanced Content: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL·E, Synthesia) to create engaging instructional content and microlearning resources.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering, software, retrofit, and quality assurance teams to translate technical content into structured training modules.
- Training Program Management: Set up and manage full training programs in Moodle LMS, ensuring proper learner tracking, assessment, and compliance reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyse training effectiveness using data and metrics; propose and implement improvements to enhance learner outcomes.
- Onboarding and Upskilling: Deliver onboarding sessions and ongoing training for staff and client-side learners.
- Documentation: Maintain version control, training archives, and structured course audits.
