Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferable of master's degree in Sociology, or other relevant social science discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in conducting training at the field level with preference to experience on programs or project on human rights, safety and security, violence monitoring and/or community policing
∎ He/She must have efficiency in preparing training materials.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong Computer skill
∎ Ability to visit field area excessively.
