Educational Requirements:

∎ 3+ years of relevant experience in development projects;
∎ Good management, communication and reporting skills are required and IT skills is must.
∎ Have experience about Training on SRHR specially on MR, PAC and Family Planning
∎ Skilled in training conduction and monitoring
∎ Good experience in coordination with different stakeholders
∎ Competency in training budgeting and budget management
∎ Computer skill: proficiency in MS Office and Bangla computer writing

Job Context:
∎ RHSTEP is the implementing partner of Ipas Bangladesh in a project funded by Global Affairs Canada through HealthBridge Foundation in Canada titled `Improving Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Dhaka` to improve availability and access of quality SRHR services particularly family planning, MR and Post-abortion care (PAC) services for poor and ultra-poor women and adolescents living urban areas of greater Dhaka. The project will also work to reduce SGBV by creating awareness among city dwellers. To ensure uninterrupted SRHR services during any public health emergency including COVID-19 pandemic, the project will also work for emergency preparedness and responses. The five-year project will be implemented from now till March 2026 in collaborate with city corporations` health authorities and their health programs, DGFP and DGHS, BGMEA and other stakeholders and partners.
∎ Training Officer for ISRH project of RHSTEP is mainly responsible to assist Clinical Trainer for ensuring the capacity building and skill retention activities for the health service providers maintaining the standards, protocols, and guidelines in SRHR especially on MR, PAC and Family Planning components in project areas. S/he will also assist to ensure service quality improvement and local resource generation by engaging including local government bodies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position Purpose
∎ The Training assistant is responsible for assisting in smooth implementation of training program and Quality Assurance activities and ensure the adherence to standard logistic, human resource, administration, financial issues and security procedures of the organization at the project area.
∎ Primary Responsibilities
∎ Support the Training Team in organizing training programs and quality assurance activities based on project work planning in the project area
∎ Ensure necessary logistics, funds, material for training program at pre-, during and post-training period.
∎ Keep track of all financial dealings at the project area and provide inputs in the necessary books of accounts and other registers and prepare report on daily/monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually as per project requirement.
∎ Support in project administrative related activities and report all incidents related to security and issues of general concern to RHSTEP authority through the supervisor.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
∎ Reporting to: Project Manager, ISRHR project - RHSTEP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Knowledge and skill on Training management
∎ Good communication skill and making liaison with the Govt. Officials
∎ Trainers and other related persons of the Training Centers & the facilities of the Project area
Salary:
∎ 48,000/- (Consolidated)
