Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in designing and implementation of education assessments (i.e. teachers training needs, learners' participation, MPC management, parent/community involvement in vocational education, etc.)
∎ Field planning and program management. Manage the field implementation under the guidance of the supervisor. Prepare monthly field implementation plan and track implementation progress.
∎ Training or orientation project beneficiaries and front line staffs.
∎ Develop a training manual on different issue as per project needs.
∎ Develop technical skill and capacity of project participants.
∎ Prepare different training report, plan & agenda as per need of the project.
∎ Skills and familiar on a participatory training approach
∎ Knowledge of participatory learning approach
∎ Participate in the development of the training module.
∎ Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with Training Specialist and provide technical capacity building of Teachers and Program Organizers.
∎ Assist to the Technical Coordinator in organizing and delivering field level activities/training and workshops.
∎ Assess teachers' performance through observation, class visit, spot check and review of the lesson plan.
∎ Review of curriculum, objectives, scope, and sequence.
∎ Attend all workshops and training organized for teachers and staff.
∎ Coordinate and follow up of teaching materials.
∎ Ensure integration of program approach with other sectors.
∎ Support the development of M&E tools and systems to measure and analyze learning outcomes.
∎ Support in creating and reviewing tests and assessments tools.
∎ Report on activities and results in POs and relevant staff when required.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in implementing projects/research on life skills education and adolescent reproductive health/child marriage.
∎ Experience in conducting workshops or training programs on adolescent reproductive health and life skills education.
∎ Strong writing and oral communication skills.
∎ Able to work in a team and with other stakeholders.
∎ Minimum of five years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations.
∎ Minimum of three year's experience in technical support to education program staff.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangle and English.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle license.

Salary: Tk. 57200 (Monthly)
