Education:

B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Engineering/Food science & Technology from any reputed university.

• Age At least 18 years

• Design, plan, organise, and coordinate training programs, workshops, and sessions that are directly aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all training materials and programs support key company goals, strategic initiatives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Manage the logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, material preparation, venue booking, and coordinating with participants and subject matter experts.

• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for employees across various levels and departments, adhering strictly to company SOPs.

• Continuously incorporate innovative training techniques, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., e-learning, ramification, interactive simulations) to maximise learning effectiveness and participant retention.

• Evaluate the knowledge and skills gained by participants through appropriate assessment methods.

• Be prepared to travel frequently and extensively to various company locations both within and outside of Dhaka to deliver scheduled training programs as required.

• Provide on-site support and training in remote or regional offices to ensure consistent knowledge transfer across the organisation.

• Actively participate in and contribute to various company events, projects, and organisational initiatives beyond standard training duties.

• Collaborate with other departments to understand their training needs and integrate training activities with broader company strategies.
