Educational Requirements:
∎ At least diploma in Agriculture from Government Institutes/other degrees with proven working experience of agriculture-based project(s).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Khulna/ Patuakhali areas
∎ Report to: Project Manager
∎ Duration: 1 Year (Subject to probationary period)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience in the agricultural field of farmers training on agriculture climate-smart technologies in particular vegetable production in the coastal saline area context & marketing of these produces through output market channels.
∎ 3 years working experience in southern coastal saline prone area.
∎ Experience in establishing demo-plot establishment/extension/market development and to be engaged in building ' technical capacity of implementing partners' field staff.
∎ Skills in developing training module/Training facilitation/collection point/workshop with private sectors/collaboration & linkage with DAE/BARI/SRDI/Private sector market actors /farmers field schools.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, strong value-based commitment to respect, integrity, accountability, and diversity inclusion.
∎ Good computer skills in MS Office would be an added advantage.
