Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in designing and implementing education assessment (i.e. vocational teacher's training needs, learner’s participation, MPC management.
∎ Participate in designing vocational teacher's training programs based on needs assessments.
∎ Ensuring proper management of Multi-Purpose Centers (MPCs)
∎ Participate in the development of the training module.
∎ Conduct vocational teacher training in collaboration with Technical Coordinator-MPC and provide technical capacity building for vocational teachers, facilitators, and the center in charge.
∎ Assist the Technical Coordinator-MPC in organizing and delivering field-level activities/training and workshops.
∎ Review of curriculum, objectives, scope, and sequence.
∎ Attend all workshops and pieces of training organized for vocational teachers, facilitators, and the center in charge.
∎ Ensure integration of program approach with other sectors.
∎ Support the development of M&E tools and systems to measure and analyze learning outcomes.
∎ Report on activities and result in camp in charge and vocational teachers when required.
∎ Arrange and provide financial literacy training to returnees and their families so that remittance will utilize in a productive way.
∎ Strengthen and establish a community-level business/advisory group to support business and provide linkage with key stakeholders.
∎ Provide independent financial services support, including debt mediation services for returnee migrants, service advocacy, business development, and job placement.
∎ Liaise with local-level beauty parlors and projects for managing job placement for the returnees.
∎ Provide access to skills training for returnees, including local market skills, skills for economic infrastructure, and internationally recognized skills qualifications.
∎ Have skills in multi-layer team management, facility management, business operational analysis, business correspondence, and cross-cultural communications.
∎ Program management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment.
∎ Facilitating and conducting training (Beautification) and workshop and training module development.
∎ On and off-farm intervention for creating livelihood opportunities for women living in poverty.
∎ Market linkage, maintaining linkage, and networking with different stakeholders and networks.
∎ Must be skilled in need the requirements of the trainees.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in education project implementation in any reputed NGO.
∎ Sound knowledge of information management, database management, data operations, data analysis, and report generation.
∎ Strong control over information technology and different application including Online Platform, like KOBO, ONA, and MS Office Packages
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 71,148 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
