Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline/Diploma in Agriculture will be preferred.
∎ Training related experiences will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Association for Social Advancement (BASA) a national level Non Government Organization (NGO) is started to implement a project titled "Economic Enhancement through Strengthening Beef and Goat Value Chain (BD2015)" at Mirzapur Upazila under Tangail District with the support of Heifer International Bangladesh. We are looking for suitable, qualified and competent candidates to fill up the position mentioned below:
∎ Job Location : Mirzapur Upazila under Tangail District

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly training plan as per DIP
∎ Develop quality training materials like poster, flip chart etc for training facilitation
∎ Facilitate training for project beneficiaries and cooperative effectively and efficiency
∎ Prepare training report
∎ Assist CF to facilitate quality training delivery related to social and economic area
∎ Facilitate need base technical training and workshop with different stakeholders and producers organization
∎ Assist Heifer program team in the field during field visit and share information partnership with private sectors and market actors
∎ Develop case study and successes stories from the field
∎ Assist PC to evaluate performance of training and PSRP delivery of CF outcome with documentation. Should have valid motorcycle driving license.

Salary:
∎ Tk.25000 ( Consolidated)

∎ As per project rules.
