Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee implementation of the baseline survey and ensure quality data collection and support in analysis during the first quarter of the project.
∎ Implement monitoring and evaluation strategy for Sisimpur-PEEL Project
∎ Support to develop monitoring tools and techniques for Sisimpur-PEEL Project
∎ Prepare performance monitoring plan
∎ Provide regular support for monitoring and evaluation components.
∎ Supervise data collection for research/study/survey as stated in program proposal
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08 Years experience in child education program in technical areas like Monitoring, Evaluation, Supervision, Coordination, and 05 years in training facilitation
∎ And training materials development.
∎ Working with NGOs with field exposures will be preferred.
∎ Interpersonal & communication skills, presentation,training facilitation & report writing skill, school supervision, community mobilisation, computer (MS Office) operating and Motorcycle driving skills.
Salary: Tk. 26018 (Monthly)
