Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have ability to train new and old QI /QC on daily basis and monitor them on regular bases.
∎ Should have necessary tools and documents for the training program
∎ Weekly and monthly training and the improvements records should maintain.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about all kinds of defects and remedies to rectify it.
∎ Should be smart and positive thinking to develop each QI /QC as skill and efficient.
∎ Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and enjoy helping people to learn and develop
∎ Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires QI /QC Staffs
∎ Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
∎ Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members
∎ Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
∎ Verify that the training staff has obtained and is maintaining their technical and instructional knowledge and skills. By Developing training programs according to approved methodology.
∎ Should have the primary responsibility of working with line managers to i identify and meet personnel training needs
∎ Should set the training goals to the trainees, responsible for gaining new skill or knowledge those who train, set the implementation post-training plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 8 year(s) only in knit garments at factory side as a Training Manager.
∎ English fluency is must
∎ Self motivated and organized
∎ Positive and good personality
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, internet, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ We will give priority to those who have experience as Training manager / officer in reputed company.
Salary: Negotiable
