Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct full organization TNA process and also collect all training needs.
∎ Plan and design annual training calendar for employees and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training plan and also Manage training budget.
∎ Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions both for new joiners.
∎ Prepare & deliver advised training by the auditors.
∎ Draw an overall as well as individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations.
∎ Develop attractive soft skill training. Deploy a wide variety of training methods and develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
∎ Identify internal resource persons for specific training and arrange the training internally as well as arrange the TOT program
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, make evaluation regularly.
∎ Ensure effective learning need assessment proactively in accordance with functional heads according to business goals.
∎ Responsible for tracking and maintaining all kinds of training records.
∎ Responsible to design and deliver Talent and Leadership Development process that support the execution of business strategies and augment organizational performance.
∎ Must have a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices that are practicing in the modern business world.
∎ Work closely with HR & Compliance team. Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Well conversant with HR, Compliance, Health & Safety ,5's, 6 Sigma, Kaizen and Lean management. Internal Auditor course on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, Fire Safety course.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
∎ 4 year(s) work (Training & Development).
∎ Solid understanding of Good practical and academic HR knowledge fundamentals - recruitment, learning and development
∎ Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of people management, multi-tasking and working under pressure.
∎ Excellent computer literacy especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. English is a must.
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.
