Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 38 years
  • 4–5 years of experience coordinating training programs in a TVET or skills development context.

  • Demonstrated experience working with BTEB/NSDA -accredited programs is highly preferred.    

  • Trainer search, Program and project coordination.

  • Candidates successfully completing training are certified by BTEB (Bangladesh Technical Education Board)/NSDA (National Skill Development Authority).

  • Digital Marketing Course completion

  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, organize, and supervise all kind of training activities across language, IT, trade-based, and etiquette courses.

  • Developing strategies to attract students to courses or programs. Managing SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate curriculum development and training materials in line with BTEB/NSDA frameworks.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training quality and learner outcomes.

  • Prepare periodic reports on training activities, outcomes, and compliance status for management review.

  • Creating and managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). Designing and running ad campaigns for outreach.

  • Developing strategies to attract students to courses or programs. Managing SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Writing blog posts, articles, and updates for student engagement. Developing promotional videos or graphics for campaigns are mandatory.

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns. Tracking website traffic, inquiries, and enrollment conversion rates.

  • Need to work placement related work after completion of the courses.

  • Ensure compliance with BTEB/NSDA accreditation and reporting requirements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant industry bodies, employers, and certifying authorities.

  • Oversee trainee enrollment, orientation, attendance, and certification processes.
