- Ability to mentor and motivate learners effectively (Online & Offline).
- Updated knowledge of digital marketing tools and industry practices.
- Strong Knowledge about Graphics Design.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct practical classes strictly following the NSDA curriculum and competency standards.
Train learners on Digital Marketing modules: SEO, Social Media Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics.
Guide students on Freelancing marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr).
Provide mentorship, support, and clarification to learners during the entire training period.
Evaluate learners’ performance based on NSDA assessment guidelines.
Maintain class discipline, attendance, and ensure proper documentation as required.
