- Master degree in education/sociology/social welfare/economics/political science/public administration/procurement/statistics/business or
- Similar educational qualification/Graduation in Engineering;
- Candidates having MBA with major in Human Resource will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
- At least five (5) years of work experience with adequate exposure in the field of managing training/capacity development programs/activities
- Having sound knowledge in applications of various computer packages
- Strong Communications skills in presenting, discussing and resolving training related issues
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a Multidisciplinary team
- Immediate problem-solving capability
- Must remain cool-headed and composed during crisis & critical situations
Responsibilities & Context:
Period: July 2025 to December 2025 (5 months), there is a possibility of extension (not confirmed)
Timing: 8.30 am (sharp) to 5.00 pm
Responsibility:
- Providing Protocol to Resource Persons/ Guests
- Managing & Dealing participants (Government officers) politely
- Coordinate & manage all activities of Training program (may be 3 to 4 trainings at a time)
- Resolve all problems of the training and solve them immediately
- Communicate with participants/ Resource Persons.
- Take care of training facility
- Ensure smooth training in any situation
- Any other reasonable assignments as directed by ESCB authority
- Training related reporting as required by the Employer (Project authority)
- Maintaining Training related database
- Liason with employee’s representative
