∎ The Applicant should have keen interest in learning training procedures and process. He/She should have excellent presentation skill and proficiency in English.
∎ The applicant should be effectively capable of managing & coordinating training programs of ESCB under guidance.
∎ She/He should be well-behaved, honest, sincere and have good writing and communication skills.
∎ Candidate should have the willingness to stay at Dhaka and outside of Dhaka at training center of ESCB.
∎ She/He should have good typing skill in English and Bengali and have a good skill in office application like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Access etc.
∎ She/He should be a Bangladeshi citizen by birth.
