Job Context:
∎ Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Bangladesh (OGSB) is an exceptional professional body working for improving the reproductive health of women through its collaborative activities with GOB, development partners, NGOs & other national and international agencies. OGSB is working for more than a decade to ensure the rights and fulfill the needs of women, adolescents and contributed much to reduce maternal mortality & morbidity. OGSB is one of the major implementing partners of Ipas Bangladesh in a project funded by Global Affairs Canada through HealthBridge Foundation of Canada titled `Improving Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Dhaka` to improve availability and access of quality SRHR services particularly family planning, MR and Post-abortion care (PAC) services for poor and ultra-poor women and adolescents living urban areas of greater Dhaka. The project will also work to reduce SGBV by creating awareness among city dwellers. To ensure uninterrupted SRHR services during any public health emergency including COVID-19 pandemic, the project will also work for emergency preparedness and responses. The five-year project will be implemented from now till December 2025 in collaborate with city corporations` health authorities and their health programs, DGFP, DGHS, BGMEA, and other stakeholders and partners.

∎ Training Assistant for ISRHR project of OGSB is mainly responsible to assist Clinical Trainer in ensuring the capacity building and skill retention activities for the health service providers maintaining the standards, protocols, and guidelines in SRHR specially on MR, PAC and Family This position will be based at Ipas Bangladesh office at Dhaka. Training Assistant for ISRHR project will be supervised by the Clinical Trainer of ISRHR project, OGSB

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Training Assistant is responsible for assisting in the smooth implementation of a training program and ensure the adherence to standard logistics, human resources, administration, financial issues, and security procedures of the organization in the project area.

∎ Support the Training Team in organizing training programs based on the project work plan.

∎ Ensure necessary logistics, funds, material for the training program at pre-, during, and post-training period.

∎ Keep track of all financial dealings at the project area and provide inputs in the necessary books of accounts and other registers and prepare reports on daily/monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually as per project requirement.

∎ Support in project administrative-related activities and report all incidents related to security and issues of general concern to RHSTEP authority through the supervisor.

∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

∎ Experience in working with OGSB
∎ Good management, communication, and reporting skills are required and IT skills must.
∎ Skilled in training conduction and monitoring
∎ Good experience in coordination with different stakeholders
∎ Competency in training budgeting and budget management
∎ Computer skill: proficiency in MS Office and Bangla computer writing

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
