• Experience working with call centers will be an added value·

• Fluency in speaking Bangla without any local accent·

• Responsible for managing the call center operations.

• Comfortable talking to callers over the phone to resolve their queries and problems related to FP, MR, PAC, SGBV, menstrual health, and adolescent health.

• Answer calls in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

• Comfortable answering questions on MR, PAC, F,P SGBV, menstrual health, and adolescent health.

• Respond to Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) cases in sensitive manner and support specific referrals. 

• Direct calls to other team members whenever needed. 

• Follow up on clients’ calls. 

• Maintain confidentiality of clients’ information.

• Responsible for record-keeping of the calls and advice given to the clients as per the call register.

• She will be responsible for delivering accurate information with excellent vocabulary skills.

• Any other project-related activities assigned by the management.

Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Bangladesh (OGSB) is an exceptional professional body working for improving the reproductive health of women through its collaborative activities with GOB, development partners, NGOs & other national and international agencies. OGSB is working for more than a decade to ensure the rights and fulfill the needs of women, adolescents and contributed much to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity. OGSB is one of the major implementing partners of Ipas Bangladesh in a project funded by Global Affairs Canada through HealthBridge Foundation of Canada titled ‘Improving SRHR in Dhaka Project’. The project will work to increase availability and access of quality SRHR services particularly family planning, MR and Post abortion care (PAC) services for poor and ultra-poor women and adolescents living urban areas of greater Dhaka. The project will also work to reduce SGBV by creating awareness among city dwellers. The five-year project will be implemented till December 2025 in close coordination and collaboration with MOH&FW, DGFP, UPHCSDP, Local Government Bodies including Dhaka North and South City Corporations, BKMEA and other stakeholders.

Improving SRHR in Dhaka project has started a call center through Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Bangladesh at OGSB Hospital, Mirpur-13, Dhaka for SRHR services for poor and ultra-poor women and adolescents living in urban areas of greater Dhaka. Mid-Level Provider (MLP) of the Call center is mainly responsible for managing the call center operations. She is responsible to talk to the callers over phone to resolve their queries and problems related to reproductive health especially on Menstrual Regulation (MR), Post Abortion Care (PAC), Family Planning (FP) and gender Based Violence (GBV).  MLP for Call Center, Improving SRHR in Dhaka Project will be supervised by the Program Manager of Improving SRHR in Dhaka Project.
