Additional Requirements:
Minimum three years of experience working in the field of training/teaching for skills development.
Trainer/Instructor must have 3 to 5 years practical working experience in the relevant works.
Trainer/Instructor must be well aware about occupational health and safety during training.
Have experience on preparing lesson plan, job sheet according to curriculum.
Able to understand the training appropriate methodology like presentation, demonstration, practical, question-answer, lecture and discussion.
A good command in both spoken and written Bengali.
Good command in computer literacy.
Working on under pressure in any time.
Positive mind set of working under minimum supervision & strong sense of responsibility
Willing to work in the village area

Preparation of lesson plan, job sheet as per curriculum
Conducting/Implementing Class room training on specific trade
Conducting /Implementing practical training
Evaluation of the training course.
