Additional Requirements:
Thorough knowledge on land laws, Law of inheritance. etc of Bangladesh.
Knowledge on land administration, land acquisition & requisition laws of Bangladesh .
High proficiency in Access Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with database management systems (e.g.,SQL, ETO etc)
Strong ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and produce actionable reports.
Responsibilities & Context:
Contract Duration: Initially for 01(one) year. May be extended
Job Location: Dhaka. with field visit on requirement.
Core Job Responsibilities
Data collection, data maintain, data management, data update and data processing to establish & ensure a database system.
Data analyzing with accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Generate reports for project /program authority/ donor agency.
Oversee database performance, including troubleshooting, system upgrading, data migration, and improving data entry workflows.
Train and coach resettlement staff and workers on database, data entry procedures, and best practices for information management.
Create monitoring tools and conduct regular data audits to identify trends, gaps in service delivery, and performance indicators.
