Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation degree preferably in Social Welfare/Social Work; Sociology; Women and Gender Studies; Development Studies; International Affairs; English, Anthropology, Environmental Science, Population Sciences, Health Economics, Economics, Law, Linguistics, Media and Journalism etc. from any reputed national and /or international university.

∎ OKUP is a right based migrant organization. OKUP promotes and protects human rights, labour rights, justice and dignity of all migrant workers irrespective of genders across borders through putting migrants` perspectives in the centre of migration discourse at all levels through unity and empowerment of migrant workers themselves. Now OKUP is interested to hire following positions for its different projects.

∎ Job Location : Dhaka, OKUP Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize, conduct and facilitate trainings of working age women, labor migrants in the project area.
∎ Maintain coordination with the concerned project staffs.
∎ Keep coordination with the concerned stakeholders
∎ Ensure regular monitoring and follow -up of the training participants.
∎ Prepare training plan monthly, quarterly, yearly or as per directions.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly report as per prescribed formats.
∎ Prepare follow-up and monitoring plan for the trainings and getting feedback after trainings performed.
∎ Prepare case studies, lessons learnt, and necessary documents of the project.
∎ Make sure team work with another trainer and other team members
∎ Ensure 100 percent standards in financial and logistics management to meet accountability and transparency as per project budget guideline and organizational rules.
∎ Response to other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years working experience in development field, especially in training facilitation
∎ Team building spirit and capacity to work under pressure and deadline.
∎ Reporting skill both in Bangla and English is preferred
∎ Must have willingness to frequent field visit
∎ Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and the use of internet.
∎ She must be a gender sensitive person and should have respect on Safeguarding policy, HR & Financial policy of OKUP.
∎ Take initiative in humanitarian response in any emergency.
∎ Experience on rights based approach and pursuing rights for a disadvantaged group in the Bangladesh context e.g. migrants community, women etc.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary 35,000 (Thirty Five Thousand Taka)
