• Must be a NSDA Certified Trainer.

• Educational qualification will be relaxed if candidates having 5 years’ Experience in the related field

• At least 2 years

• Age 24 to 40 years

• Candidates must submit updated CV, Scan copy of last Educational Certificate & Scan copy of NSDA Certificates.

• Proven work experience in international marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) with a successful track record.

• Must be a NSDA Certified Trainer.

• Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching (preferred).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide learners at different levels.

• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience (preferred).Ability to adapt teaching style for students of varying skill levels.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Instructor(s) for “Software Design & Architecture (NSDA Level-5)” AND/OR “Data Science Analytics and Big Data (NSDA Level-4)” to join our ICT Training Academy. The ideal candidate(s) should have relevant training experience in NSDA Certified Courses; they also must have the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners. This role involves planning, delivering, and assessing training programs that prepare students and professionals for success in the NSDA Certification Programme.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons on Software Architecture / Data Science Analytics as per NSDA Approved Training Contents.

• Guide learners in practical, real-world applications tools & analytics platforms.

• Teach practical skills for working in international freelancing marketplaces.

• Provide real-world insights and strategies for earning through global platforms.

• Develop engaging training materials, case studies, and live projects.

• Design course materials, case studies, and hands-on projects that enhance learning outcomes.

• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.

• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new practices into the training programme.

• Provide mentorship, career advice, and support to learners pursuing careers.

• Collaborate with the training team to improve program design and delivery.

• Provide guidance to learners so that they can pass the NSDA examination & get certified.
