  • Previous experience in an administrative role with a focus on student management, preferably within an educational institution.
  • Proficient in using student management systems and standard office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in IT systems, including Moodle, Teams, and Faculty systems, with the ability to provide remote guidance and support
  • Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Any Desk, or similar software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • for virtual environments.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple remote support requests efficiently.
  • Customer-focused problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with centralized software installation and management tools for remote administration.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or related field
  • Must be fluent in English at corporate level (written and verbal)

Additionally, the selected candidate will gradually specialize in advanced areas of the organization’s IT support operations as they grow within the role.

Responsibilities & Context:

Position: Tech Support

Location: On-site, Agrabad, Chattogram

Employment Type: Full-Time, 1:00PM - 10:00PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) (flexible days and hours may be required)

Role Overview: The Tech Support role is performed on-site, but the technical assistance provided to users is primarily remote. This includes supporting users across various teams, managing access to systems, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth communication through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Remote Support:

  • Respond to support requests from users across multiple teams through email, messaging platforms, or ticketing systems
  • Provide remote technical assistance through virtual meetings, remote access tools, and other digital channels
  • Coordinate with users to diagnose and resolve issues while working from the on-site support environment

Access and Account Management:

  • Manage user accounts and permissions across internal systems and platforms
  • Perform password resets, access troubleshooting, and user verification tasks
  • Ensure timely updates to user access and maintain accurate records And more..

 IT Systems Administration:

  • Guide users through software installation and configuration via remote assistance
  • Support digital platforms, online tools, and productivity applications
  • Assist with remote device setup, account configuration
  • General IT operations

 General IT Support:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to address technical queries received through support channels
  • Use remote monitoring and diagnostics to identify and solve issues
  • Maintain clear documentation of support processes, common issues, and resolutions
