Job Context:
∎ NRECA International is an affiliate organization of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), a non-profit organization headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. NRECA International has worked internationally since 1962 on developing and implementing rural electrification programs by designing distribution grids, constructing lines, and applying a set of standards that meet very specific community needs with funding supported by the USAID, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, host governments and private clients. NRECA International has been working in Bangladesh since 1976.
∎ Currently, NRECA is looking for suitable personnel to fill the following positions in its Bangladesh office for the NESCO Project. NRECA International is an equal opportunity employer and qualified female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (with frequent visits to the northern districts of Bangladesh)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with NRECA MIS team on providing training to NESCO employees
∎ Review and adjust training materials that have been developed for the project
∎ Conduct training classes for NESCO employees
∎ Coordinate with NESCO employees on the need of additional training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Capabilities:
∎ Have a proven record of work experience in similar assignments and knowledge of relational RDBMS, geospatial database using desktop, laptop and tablet-based web GIS applications.
∎ Have the knowledge of using google maps API and direction API
∎ Have basic knowledge of angular framework
∎ Have basic knowledge of tomcat application server and GeoServer
∎ Have experience in training in large organizations or international funded projects like WB/ ADB/ USAID etc.
∎ Have adequate experience of TOT (Training of Trainers) So that after completion of the training the trainee can provide hands-on training to both main office and field level officials.
∎ Have a very good communication, organizational, networking and adaptability skills.
∎ Have experience in providing training for a long duration as well as work competently under strict deadline.
∎ Candidate should have 3/4 years' experience in relevant field.
