Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
∎ Develop Sales attendant skills, handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
∎ Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
∎ Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
∎ Prepare daily agenda for training class
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with course developers and technical instructors.
∎ Document and maintain all training materials in appropriate databases.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Good listening skill, Good vocal.
∎ Smart in appearance.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
