Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 5 years experience in smart phone industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cellular Phone Operator, Multinational Companies, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ OPPO Sales Representatives (OSR) management
∎ Follow up OSR's sales performance, develop their sales skills and give them Product & sales training
∎ Coordination between shop owners and OSR
∎ Make promotional and growth plan for OSRs
∎ Dealing with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person/ phone if contacted by anyone
∎ Collecting market data and market research
∎ Prepare, publish and inform sales and training policies within the company as per the requirement
∎ Preparing various Reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis on Excel, Word and Power point
∎ Assisting in promotional Activities
∎ Assist Branding department in branding activities and reports
∎ Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
∎ Be responsible for evacuation, in case of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 2-5 years of experience in smart phone industry
∎ Must have Excel,Word and Powerpoint proficiency
∎ Ability to work pressure and give result within the deadline
∎ Basic English fluency to communicate with Chinese team leaders on a daily basis
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill
∎ Ability to manage a team and bring good result
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Over time allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
