Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide effective training among affected people in project area.
∎ Work Location: Kolapara, Patuakhali District.
∎ Reporting To: Deputy Team Leader (Training)
∎ Department: Program
∎ Contract Duration: 3 months (Contract may be extend depend on availability of fund)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide effective training among affected people in project area.
∎ Should teach by innovative methods
∎ To create course outlines and writes instruction and review handouts for each of the different session.
∎ To instruct in a good manner that develops students' confidence in their abilities.
∎ Maintaining tools and workspaces.
∎ Cutting, shaping and dressing materials
∎ Lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks.
∎ Reading and following technical drawing
∎ Must have experience to prepare all CBLM for Mason trade i.e. Session Plan, Job sheet, information sheet & Specification Sheet.
∎ Required frequent field visit capability.
∎ Report writing capacity.
∎ Documentation maintaining capability.
∎ Any other activities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ A good command in both spoken and written in English & Bengali.
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience on relevant field.
∎ Reasonably good in computer literature and experience
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
