Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role of the Trainer will be centered around establishing and managing sports-related programs and activities, with a special emphasis on football, volleyball, badminton, and sepak takraw. The details for the position are given below:
∎ Working closely with the Rohingya community and host community children and adolescents: building strong relationships and understanding the needs and aspirations of the communities involved through participation in sport and activities.
∎ Raising awareness within the community for engaging interested children and adolescents in different sports: Creating awareness about the benefits of sports and encouraging participation among the youth.
∎ Preparing the team with proper training and coaching: Developing training programs and coaching techniques to enhance the players' skills and performance.
∎ Being mentally prepared for taking all responsibilities related to the "Mobile Sports Library" and "Sports Club Centers" projects: Being proactive in handling the tasks and challenges associated with these projects.
∎ Identifying individual player's abilities, strengths, and weaknesses and developing plans: Tailoring training and support based on each player's unique characteristics.
∎ Organizing team-building sessions and activities regularly: Fostering teamwork, unity, and camaraderie among the players.
∎ Ensuring all sports equipment is available and in working order: Keeping track of equipment and maintaining it regularly.
∎ Encouraging players to engage in other recreational sports and promoting a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet: Promoting overall health and well-being.
∎ Regularly maintaining liaison with local schools and camp authorities: Establishing communication channels and collaborations with relevant institutions.
∎ Ensuring the safety and security of project and office equipment/materials and documents: Taking necessary precautions to protect assets and information.
∎ Following the organizational Code of Ethics and policies: Abiding by the principles and guidelines set by Friendship.
∎ Maintaining good coordination/collaboration with other partners and stakeholders: Working effectively with other entities involved in the sports development projects.
∎ Handling any other responsibilities as requested by the supervisor: Being adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
∎ Develop rapport building the with Host and Rohingya community about sports.
∎ Raising awareness among children and adolescent about sports, proper nutrition, importance of Physical and mental fitness.
∎ Developing training programs and coaching techniques
∎ Working with "Mobile Sports Library" and "Sports Club Centers"-at Rohingya Camp-19
∎ Tailoring training and providing support for project activities.
∎ Conducting regular training session
∎ Keeping track of sports materials and equipment, maintaining it regularly.
∎ Assisting on nutritional sessions
∎ Regularly maintaining liaison with local schools and camp authorities.
∎ Ensuring the safety and security of project and office equipment/materials and documents.
∎ Following the organizational Code of Ethics and policies.
∎ Maintaining good coordination/collaboration with other partners and stakeholders.
∎ Handling any other responsibilities as requested by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) in field experience
∎ Male is preferable.
∎ Experience of coaching Football at national or international level will be given preference.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Proficient in both English and Bangla reporting
