1. Proven experience as a graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to tailor training methods to different learning styles and levels of experience.
6. Passion for empowering others and promoting creativity.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphics Design Trainer to educate, mentor, and inspire our program participants. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover the essential skills and knowledge required in modern graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a structured training curriculum for graphic design.

2. Conduct training sessions and workshops.

3. Create instructional materials, such as guides, tutorials

4. -Assess participants` progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.

5. Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques.

6. Foster a creative and supportive learning environment.

7. Collaborate with the project team to ensure training aligns with project goals and participants` needs.

8. Any other task assigned by authority.
