• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various projects and genres.

• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After effect etc.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

• Previous experience in training or teaching, with a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to the needs and preferences of individual trainees, tailoring instruction to meet diverse learning styles and goals.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Editing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing techniques, software proficiency, and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in video editing, tailored to various skill levels from beginner to advanced.

• Design curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials to effectively convey concepts and techniques in video editing.

• Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to trainees, offering constructive feedback and support throughout the learning process.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video editing, incorporating new developments into training programs as needed.

• Assess trainee progress and performance, adjusting teaching methods and content as necessary to optimize learning outcomes.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement among trainees.

• Any other task assigned by authority.
