Educational Requirements:
∎ Persons completing diploma in medical assistant / graduated from Govt. approved MATS institute are encouraged to apply.
∎ Educational background from health-related studies is preferable for this post.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Work Location Dewanganj, Jamalpur, Bangladesh
∎ Expected Start Date : At Earliest
∎ Contract Length : 01 August 2023 - 31 December 2023
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct daily 8 hours' workload as spent in lectures and practical.
∎ Conduct training sessions on Basic Life Support to health care providers at community level and to community volunteer group.
∎ Support to run project activities smoothly & proper training session coordination.
∎ Support the team members to make training plan and writing training reports.
∎ Facilitate courtyard meetings at community level as part of the project activity.
∎ Report on daily basis and update the deliverables assigned by the coordinators in email as required.
∎ Field visits as per need and instruction of supervisor.
∎ Liaison with the Local administration (DC/UNO)/ Civil surgeon/ UHFPO/UHO on behalf of the organization.
∎ The applicant may have to perform other relevant duties as per required by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ At least Two-year experience in similar or related responsibility.
∎ The applicants having work experience in national or international NGO's/ Development Organizations will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Office package.
∎ Need skills and competencies to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and web browsing.
∎ Fluency in spoken and written aspect of both Bengali and English language is needed.
∎ Computer skills: MS office
∎ Willingness to travel at different project areas and to Dhaka office whenever required.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated monthly salary is Tk. 28000-32000 (Including taxes). Based on experiences.
