∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Working in an agency educational institute

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver training as per the pre-decided curriculum of CITI or the project of CITI
∎ Create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered
∎ Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes basis past classroom experiences
∎ Upgrade self-knowledge across all courses offered by CITI ranging from Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Website Development, etc.
∎ Be able to customize and deliver course material as per need
∎ Be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the right references in class
∎ Monitor student progress and make recommendations to the concerns if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap.
∎ Promote student success by showing flexibility in style and work schedule as well as exhibiting a passion for teaching and students and engaging students in the learning process.
∎ Maintain appropriate records of classroom training delivered and new resources created
∎ Take proactive steps to ensure that the classroom is functioning at optimum and providing the best possible learning experience for students.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Working in an agency educational institute
∎ Fantastic communication skills and ability to deliver course material with full confidence and vigour for sessions ranging from 2 to 4 hours
∎ Fluent oral as well as written communication skills
∎ Be punctual and disciplined to ensure all training begin and end on time and do full justice to the topic delivered
∎ Be patient and sensitive towards trainees and their ability to grasp new concepts
∎ Be a good team player who believes in the concept of 'train and get trained at the same time'
∎ Have good people skills and should have a passion for teaching and the Digital Marketing space in general

Salary: Negotiable
