∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Handling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and announcing them with appropriate and professional attitude.
∎ Keeping a record of the visitors with name, address & contact number
∎ Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges as per type of visitor)
∎ Ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
∎ Answering, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
∎ Handling the basic inquiries of the sister concerns' such as the services
∎ Receiving letters, packages etc. and distributing them to the appropriate person & department
∎ Updating appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
∎ Keeping the record of employee movements
∎ Executing other official task assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Reception
∎ Candidate should be smart and have verbal communication skills
∎ Must be sincere in her duties.
∎ Should have a pleasant personality.
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ Customer service attitude.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
