∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ B.Sc. in Agriculture and graduation from a Science background is Preferable.
∎ For experienced & competent candidates, education & age may be relaxed.

∎ Good understanding of the agricultural sales profession.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare the territory sales budget and achieve sales targets (customer and product-wise).
∎ Initiate the proposal of credit customers and collect all relevant information required under the credit policy.
∎ Identify overdue customers and seek the help of the Regional Sales Manager as soon as possible to strengthen collection efforts.
∎ Encourage the building of a strong network at the segment of stockiest and retailers' levels.
∎ Collect information on competitor's products and activities and report it to the Regional Sales Manager.
∎ Evaluate the key performance of team members on a monthly basis.
∎ Provide on-the-job training to field forces and monitor their performance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
