Proficiency in the MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel).

Responsibilities & Context:
Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (a concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailers in Bangladesh with brands like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men`s and Women’s.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target.
Guiding and motivating salespeople properly to achieve monthly and daily sales targets
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Proper cash handling
Planning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Ensure proper stocking & all moving items availability; make requisition for all stock items
Report on buying trends, customer needs
Daily/weekly/monthly report to the management
Mentality to work extended hours (Long time).
Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe, and ensure CCTV operations.
Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of the retail outlet.
