Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed University or National Colleges.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidate who has a Bachelor degree in Accounting or any other Business related areas.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Trading of Securities
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Share Brokerage/ Securities House
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day to day trading activities like communicating with stock brokers, placing buy and sale orders, trading stocks on electronic networks and completing required paper works.
∎ Executing trades for customers.
∎ Marketing & Communicating with Clients.
∎ New Client acquisition from open market.
∎ Generating and achieving brokerage targets.
∎ Ensure annual business target or objectives and identify potential trading strategies & offer ideas to increase new clientele.
∎ Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person.
∎ Maintain excellent customer service in order to retain customers.
∎ Produce and share Daily Transection Report, Monthly Financial Report and Compliance Report with key stakeholders.
∎ Complying with all rules and regulations of BSEC, DSE, CDBL and The Company.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 years' experience in similar role preferably from a Financial Institutions/ Securities Services organization will be preferred.
∎ Basic knowledge in capital market.
∎ Proper verbal and written skills in Bengali and English is a MUST for this position.
∎ Moderate level of computer awareness and usage skills.
∎ Exceptional ability to promote company success by being courteous to customers, company associates, through a professional appearance and by having a positive attitude.
∎ Possess good communication.
∎ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work with teams and build consensus in diverse settings.
∎ Negotiation skills.
∎ Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
