Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan.
∎ Ensure to maximize the potential Retailers & Dealers.
∎ Develop areas for Retailers/Dealers keeping company business interest in mind.
∎ Use the credit limit within company approved policy.
∎ Regular follow up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh candidates from any reputed universities.
∎ Candidate should by smart and target oriented.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be revised at the time of confirmation (6 months).

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ TA / DA & Mobile allowance will be given as per company policy.
∎ Salary will be reviewed at the time of Confirmation (Probation period: 6 months).
∎ Yearly increment is done based on performance.
