Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in textile engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Management & Technology from BuTex, BUFT, BGMEA Fashion Technology or Graduate from DU, KU, CU, RU or public university will be given preferences.
∎ Professional degree in Apparel and Merchandising will get extra advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out costing, sourcing of trims & accessories, ensure fabrics to be in the house before bulk production starts.
∎ Responsible for development, order, product follow-up till the shipment.
∎ Work closely with the quality team to ensure best final product, and monitor all aspects of quality from initial to the final stage of production.
∎ Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
∎ Will be responsible for handling reputed buyer
∎ Communication with liaison office, factory people, other related departments/sections of the company
∎ Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced troubleshooter
∎ Assist the local procurement team to source trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
