Job Context

We are a growing startup buying office engaged in apparel sourcing and merchandising for international clients. Our team works closely with factories to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Merchandiser to join our dynamic team and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior merchandisers in daily communication with buyers and factories.

• Support in preparing purchase orders and follow up on samples, trims, and production status.

• Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and accessories.

• Maintain order tracking files and update order status regularly.

• Learn the end-to-end process of garment merchandising and production follow-up.

• Ensure quality and delivery timelines are maintained.
