• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control Buying House / Liaison Office (Retailer or Brand)
• Must be fluent in English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong technical knowledge of garment quality and standards.
• Good knowledge of common office software (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Working knowledge of CAD software (Pattern Making & Grading).
• Ability to participate in VC meetings with buyers (fitting purpose).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop samples with clear understanding of design interpretation and customer requirements.
• Evaluate all types of samples (Proto, Fit, Size Set, Seal, Buyer Reference, etc.) with feasibility study and risk analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of samples before dispatch to office/Buyer for first-time approval.
• Conduct sample inspection and approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, and garment fitting (dummy/model).
• Attend pre-production meetings, providing technical inputs (machinery, attachments, sewing techniques, and quality standards).
• Follow up all comments, sketches, measurement charts, pattern shapes, and participate in virtual fitting (VC) meetings.
• Assist factory QA and technicians in maintaining product quality according to company requirements.
• Ensure trims approval and test reports are completed before pre-cutting.
• Verify QC files and pre-cutting samples before sending to factory.
• Confirm style files and all relevant approvals are received before production starts.
• Maintain proper documentation including sample comments, test reports, and trims approvals.
• Submit weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management or supervisor.
