Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ GPA 5 in SSC and HSC level

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in different departments to gain perspective including SCM, Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Finance, Customer Services, Human Resource, Operations etc.
∎ Participating in meetings, seminars, workshops and other learning platform to know the business in detail and add values to accelerate our current business.
∎ Analyze the existing business process, strategies and develop those to achieve the organization's goal.
∎ Understand the business and daily activities of each department and how they relate and contribute to the organization’s mission and vision.
∎ Based on the assigned project, conduct survey, research and set strategies to get it done.
∎ Prepare various reports in order to make effective and efficient decisions.
∎ Frequent visit to factory, markets and submitting reports with recommendations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
