Job Context:
∎ Trainee Junior Officer: 3 month probation period extendable up to 6 months. Confirmation will take place depending on the satisfactory performance in probation period. Upon Confirmation selected candidates will be absorbed as regular employees of the bank.
∎ Junior Officer: Candidates with prior experience in bank will be directly joining as regular employees
∎ Salary & Other benefits will be in accordance with the bank`s policy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh for any branch-sub branch or department/division.
∎ Candidates must be efficient in business communication with internal and external stakeholders of the bank.
∎ Compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
∎ Meet business, operational & financial targets of the bank.
