Responsibilities & Context:
Installation and testing new facilities and equipment of IT and Broadcast IT.
Maintains specialized equipment, server, networking systems, software use in broadcast and interactive media.
Manage upgrades and new installations in the broadcast facility.
Analyzing, rectifying technical faults on equipment and systems.
Set-up and maintenance of workstation, laptop & peripheral equipment, LAN, wireless router, online printer. Also ensure smooth operation of those devices.
Diminish interruption of service at times of equipment failure by rapidly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision.
Creating email and domain account and responsible for accessibility control issue.
Interpreting and implementing instructions and requests from producers, directors and other colleagues.
Communicate effectively with team members and other teams.
Communicate with Vendors and negotiate with them on behalf of the organizations for technical issues.
Create and maintenance all database required for development, testing and troubleshooting production database.
Participate in SQL code reviews, write and deploy SQL patches and gain a deeper understanding of mirroring and SQL clustering.
