∎ Who we are looking for: We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven team-mate to join our excellent Business Development team. You will be trained to complete all tasks assigned by the Team coordinator, which may include conducting market research and visit, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, onboarding clients, and assisting the team wherever possible. You should be able to take instructions, but also work unsupervised when required. To be successful in this position, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding Performers are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the customer value chains and pain points and relate how Sokrio Tech products are solving these challenges and adding value to the customers.
∎ Develop business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations to ensure short term and long term business success for the organization.
∎ Prepare sales proposals and customer requirement specifications for valid business leads
∎ Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Assure smooth onboarding of client by uploading field level data and troubleshooting user issues as and when required
∎ Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute business agreements with client organizations
∎ Work as the key interface between the customer and all relevant stakeholders including local and international sales channel partners
∎ Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Support product team through manual software testing and providing feedback on bugs and improvement areas.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Good writing skill
∎ Good MS Office skills with strong grab on MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
∎ Strong organizational and problem solving skills with an ability to develop relationships at all levels with customers, other stakeholders
∎ The adventurous mindset to Travel up to 50% of the time primarily within Dhaka
∎ Learning Mind-Set with Can-Do Attitude.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
