Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for coordinating the communications output of Sea Pearl Group. Creates and delivers media release, commercial promo, social promos, emails, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, and other publications.
∎ Maintain a good rapport with Media and Strategic Alliances.
∎ Exceptional verbal, written communication in English and presentation skills
∎ Experience in Website Designing
∎ Fluency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphics programs ideal
∎ Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Arrange weekly Marketing Meeting including DOSM & GM
∎ Attend Monthly P&L meeting, Fortnightly Operation Meeting with Marketing updates to Share in the Meeting.
∎ Experience creating, executing and driving exceptional results from integrated communication strategies
∎ Manage all social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter etc. by giving regular promo and responding to the guest reviews properly to ensure reputation Sea Pearl Group.
∎ Managing relationships with press, media partners, and strategic alliances.
∎ Preparing Press releases of each Sea Pearl Group activity and ensuring its publicity through all media partners immediately to the next day/schedule with prior approval from the management.
∎ Coordination with Creative Designer to prepare all commercial promos, newsletters and guest information and circulate to all list of clients, embassies, strategic alliances, social medias etc.
∎ Keeping records of all Promos, advertisements etc. (both approval copy with a copy of original release).
∎ Arrange media interviews with prior approval of the key person of Sea Pearl and ensure its release through the prime media.
∎ Arrangement of Press conference/ signing ceremony when required.
∎ Exploring new and effective media and arrange to tie up with them.
∎ Coordination with Director of Sales & Marketing to prepare monthly/yearly advertisement plan and budget and monitor the plan that should execute properly.
∎ Maintain e-mail correspondence with guest, i.e. Thank you for stay letter, guest survey, marketing promotion, individual greetings/birthday wish etc. Collect guest review and respond on a regular basis and report.
∎ Do familiarize all outlets, products and services to the guest when required.
∎ Manage guest reviews by responding with 72 hours with proper solutions to all OTA including Trip advisor, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda etc. Share guest reviews to the relevant department immediately for their information and development.
∎ Manage marketing/communications projects from start to finish; review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
∎ Implement and coordinate commercial/social events hosted by Sea Pearl.
∎ Prepare and manage monthly/annual promo calendar.
∎ Monitors competitor activities and report it weekly basis.
∎ Promotes goodwill by beings courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, mangers, and fellow employees.
∎ Attend relevant event/conferences to collect various industry related information and share with HOD for development purpose. Attend National Days to build a good PR on behalf of Sea Pearl Group.
∎ Developing Brand images and creating WOW factors in customer mind.
∎ Promote and ensure the good reputation of the establishment.
∎ Present a summary of reports on a regular basis.
∎ Others as per given assignment by the management time to time.
